Archie is a 7-year-old Lakeland Terrier with a heart full of love and a gentle soul. He’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can feel safe, secure, and truly cherished.

Archie can be a little nervous in new environments, but with patience, love, and consistency, he settles beautifully and becomes a loyal, affectionate companion. He’s happiest in quiet surroundings and prefers peaceful countryside walks where he won’t encounter many other dogs or people.

While Archie currently lives calmly with other dogs in his foster home, he would do best as the only pet in his forever home. He’s not suitable for homes with other dogs or cats.

Archie has wonderful manners—he shares space, food, and toys without fuss, and is very comfortable using a crate or snuggling into a cozy bed. He would thrive with a single person or a couple who can make him their priority. Experience with Lakeland Terriers is a bonus, but not essential.
