Meet darling Eva

Eva has sadly found herself looking for her forever home once again through no fault of her own.

Eva is a sweet, calm, and clever 6–7-year-old Romanian rescue Collie cross. We like to think she is a truly unique dog with a huge personality that shines through when she's happy, while always maintaining a gentle and relaxed nature. Eva loves her walks and walks beautifully by your side. She is very dog-friendly and is also good with cats.

Eva enjoys her home comforts and thrives on a consistent routine. She has her own unique likes and dislikes, which only add to her charm and make her such a fun character to be around.

Eva does struggle with change and can take a little time to adjust to new environments, routines, and people. Because of this, she is looking for a loving and patient home that will allow her to settle at her own pace and build trust gradually. Once she feels safe and secure, Eva's wonderful personality truly shines, and the bond she forms with her people is incredibly rewarding.

Eva is looking for a female-only home with someone who enjoys adventures, long walks, and cosy evenings on the sofa. A countryside home would suit her best, as she loves open spaces and a quieter way of life.

Her ideal home will have very few visitors, as Eva can feel anxious around new people and may bark when meeting strangers. She is wonderfully crate-trained and will happily settle in her crate if she feels uncomfortable with someone new in the house.

Unfortunately, Eva is not suitable for homes with children under the age of 18 due to the unpredictability that can come with younger family members.

We would be happy for Eva to live with the right dog, as she loves zoomies, playtime, and canine companionship. She could also live with dog-savvy cats.

In our eyes, Eva is pretty much perfect. She has the wonderful combination of being sweet and calm while also being fun and delightfully quirky. The right home will see just how special she is and help her continue to grow in confidence and come out of her shell.
