Bertie is a gorgeous six year old boy, looking for his rural forever home.

He can be independent, yet he is affectionate and loving. He enjoys a fuss, food and home comforts to come back home to. He also very much enjoys spending time in the great outdoors: roaming, hunting and snoozing.

Bertie will need to be the only pet in the household since he has not been fond of dogs and has not get along with the other cat in his home. Because of this he will need his new people, house and garden all to himself, so he can feel like the Lord of the manor again. 

He could live with older children or just adults. A home where people have lots of time to spend with him would help to keep him happy when he is indoors. He likes to play and have one-on-one attention.

Bertie has lived in the Wells area and will need to be homed to a new location for a fresh start. This will need to be rural again, so that he has more space from other pets and from busy roads.

He is neutered, microchipped, de-flead, wormed and vaccinated.

*Because Bertie loves lots of outdoor space and doesn't get on well with other cats, he has not come in to our rescue cattery and is being rehomed from his current home, as a 'home-to-home' and we will follow our procedure to help his new owner to adopt him this way.
