Maximus is an intelligent, handsome chap with plenty of power, energy, and personality. He is a dog who loves to have a purpose and would thrive in a home where he can truly be part of someone’s life. While he enjoys his adventures and exploring the world, he is also incredibly gentle, affectionate, and happiest when he is by his person’s side.

We are ideally looking for an experienced home that can offer Max the lifestyle he deserves - a rural or outdoor-focused home would be perfect, where he can enjoy plenty of space, activities, and adventures. Alternatively, we would love to hear from someone who is completely dedicated to sharing their life with their dog and wants a loyal companion to be involved in everything they do.

Max would suit someone who enjoys being outdoors, whether that’s walking, hiking, training, dog sports, or other activities that keep his body active and his clever mind fulfilled. He is a wonderful dog for an owner who wants a true partnership - a best friend to take on adventures, learn with, and share everyday life with.

We are looking for an experienced owner, ideally someone familiar with working breeds, who understands the commitment and fulfilment that comes with a dog like Max. He needs someone who can provide structure, enrichment, and plenty of quality time together.

Max is not suitable for a home with children under 10 or where young children visit regularly. He is not cat-friendly, but he could potentially live with another large dog if the match is right and introductions are successful.
